Glass Grid for Cast Resin Transformers

This product is necessary to build the Cast Resin transformers, that, thanks to continuous development, are characterized by the maximum of reliability, safety and absence of maintenance. Through the thermic shock proofs, it is clear the absolute need of using a dielectric reinforcement at the resin’s coat, both at external and internal core’s level , which otherwise would be irreparably cracked. In addition, the reinforcement permit both to obtain a better structure and to optimize the realizing procedure. From a constructive point of view, the net is a support for the continuous coil wrapping which prevents the risk of not lining in the casting step. This constructive structure permits to reduce the tolerances on the resin’s thickness and on the distances between the primary and secondary wrapping. Our glass fibres nets are impregnated with epoxy resins and are totally polymerized.

The accuracy we have during the production is demonstrated by controlling and testing each step of it; the high quality of our production is becoming well known at an international level.

We put at your disposal many different dimensions of mesh and thicknesses, depending on your needs. All of our products are considered in H class with a thermic resistance  >200° and can be used for the production of transformers in F1 class.

Thanks to a collaboration with our clients, we developed a product which satisfies the most severe request of the resin transformer’s producers; as for the "Best Insulation" line (B. I.) which solve definitively the problem of partial discharges.
